The house is spread over the first and second floors of the building and can accommodate 4 adults and 1-2 children. The entrance is independent, ensuring privacy, while the swimming pool is shared with the ground-floor residence.

On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. The dining area next to the kitchen is ideal for family meals or enjoying moments with friends. The living room features a 43-inch smart TV, with a cozy seating area around the fireplace, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for relaxing evenings.

The bedroom on the first floor is furnished with a double bed, which can be converted into two single beds upon request, and a modern bathroom with all the essentials for your daily comfort.
