AERAKI – A Stone House with Stunning Views and Modern Amenities

Aeraki is located on the ground floor of the residence, featuring an independent entrance and direct access to the pool. It can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 1-2 children.

The bedroom has a large queen-size bed, while the living room is open-plan with the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dining table for enjoying your meals. The living room also features a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, as well as a 42-inch TV. There is also a bathroom and a terrace offering beautiful views of the pool and the olive groves.

From the terrace, you can enjoy the stunning view of the olive groves and the illuminated pool, soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings. The terrace is equipped with outdoor dining furniture, where 4 people can sit and enjoy a meal or relax together.

Guest access

Guests have access to all areas of the house. You can enjoy the decks to relax in the sun, immerse yourself in nature, and take in the unobstructed outdoor views. The pool and the surrounding area are also available for use, offering a comfortable and relaxing space to enjoy the warm days. There are also sun loungers around the pool, allowing you to unwind, soak up the sun, and experience ultimate relaxation in a beautiful setting.
